I had no idea, in this market of being able to afford or buy a home Southern California, but the can do attitude of your company, I believe you guy's can make it happen for anyone! There a lot of veterans in this area I will pass on a good word and your number. Thanks again for a job well done!
Veterans United will be a good option for all vets, BEWARE!! This company will ask for unnecessary documentation that's is not required on any other major loner. They will hold your loan. Their processing time is longer than usual, approx. 60 days. Overall I will say it's not my best experience but at the same time I will say that is not the worst. If you have excellent credit and everything cleared on you economy is a good option, but is still a roller coaster. If your situation is not like that, stay away!
