Veterans United made the loan process was excellent! The dashboard provided a "To-Do list" so you as the buyer knew what you had to submit , review and/or sign. The document tab of the dashboard also had an area for documents that contained both buyer submitted and Veterans United generated documents. There was never a time where I was not sure where I was in the process.

You will not find a better company to work with. They really care about you and their job and they will fight for you. They're all very responsive will more then answer any question you may have and get things done in a timely fashion. The team I worked with was Andy Harris and Ofelia Ochela you could not find a better team then them. Thanks guys for all the hard work for getting my loan closed in under 30 days with an unbeatable interest rate!

Veterans United has been amazing to work with and we absolutely love you guys. If we buy another home someday we will be back and will tell our friends about Veterans United. Communication was always extremely quick and informative. We felt confident about every step of the process. We started our home buying process with another major Military oriented bank/lender and their communication and process caused us to look elsewhere. When they realized we weren’t ready to buy that week because we were waiting on a job offer, they called and email 3 separate times about closing our mortgage application. When Veterans United learned we were still waiting on a job offer before we could purchase, they were checking in weekly to see if we were ready to move forward in the process and constantly providing us info to prepare us for looking and placing offers on homes. When it was time to look at homes we felt confident in the knowledge Veterans United had provided us.

Got the job done but communication was poor. The communication in the beginning ( the first week) was good. But, after that the communication dropped to an all time low and it became very frustrating. We called countless times during the times she stated she’d be available but she’d rarely answer and we could not get a call back when requested. Don’t get me wrong, I love emails. But a returned phone call is always great too. It also bothered me that we found out we were clear to close around 2pm but our loan specialists mentioned they found out that morning. We were waiting around all morning on this news so we could hit the road early and head out of state, and we mentioned our rush to receive the news repeatedly. Yet somehow the good news of our clear to close was delayed to get to us until late that afternoon. It just confirmed how poor the communication was throughout this whole process.

Great Job.

Megan Chavez! Well done! Thank you so much for your tireless effort to get us to closing.
