Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! The team at Veterans United literally saved my life. I was stuck in a mold infested rental home and the landlord absolutely refused to address the issue, even though my health was noticeably deteriorating as a result. After living out that true rental nightmare, I decided that it was time to buy my first house and I truly do not think that I could’ve done it without them. Everyone on the team was completely on their game and I was able to close on a wonderful home only 33 days after initially contacting them. I swear it’s like they wouldn’t rest until I was safe in a new home. Everyone was so attentive and available whenever I needed them. Being a homeowner was not a part of my plan for the year, but they helped me figure it out logistically and financially despite my lack of preparation. It was an incredibly stressful and emotional time to say the least and they were so supportive in every possible way. They really made it so I was able to maintain sanity through the whole process. They cared deeply about me as a person, not just my business. There are so many predatory companies in the home buying market and I am truly lucky they reached out to me so quickly and took such great care of me from the day that I reached out until the day that I closed and beyond. First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
