Our loan officers, Marlon and Tori were very helpful to my wife and I throughout the process. They let us know whenever we needed to submit any documents and kept us up to date when there were delays due to underwriting. Marlon and Tori worked extremely hard to make sure we were able to get the loan approved and clear to close.

I cannot say enough good things about Tommy Parks and Veterans United. This is my second time working with them, and somehow the experience was even better than the first.
I started my refinance less than a month ago, closed last week, and the cash from my refinance was in my account today. The speed and efficiency of the entire process were honestly incredible.
But what really sets Tommy apart is how he treats people. He is kind, responsive, patient, and completely nonjudgmental. Refinancing and dealing with finances can be stressful and vulnerable, and at no point did I feel embarrassed, pressured, or judged. I always felt like Tommy was genuinely there to help me get to the finish line.
This is now my second mortgage experience with Tommy and Veterans United, and I would use them again without hesitation. Fast, straightforward, compassionate, and genuinely excellent at what they do.

Katie Smith did not do her job period my realtor did her job by following up with me and keeping me posted throughout my process of purchasing a home along with estimates and closing costs…If I was Katie Smith boss I fired her that’s just my opinion…I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to Katie Smith especially if she’s the only loan officer that licensed for Pennsylvania…

This has been the most absurd home loan process that I've been through. The lack of communication, accurate reading of email and documents submitted has been so horrible. I am appaled at the service provided. There have been multiple messages that have been ignored, not read, and just plain not responded to. This is the fourth home I've bought and this was the worst experience i've ever had.The repeated requests for the same information, the failure to recognize the issue with the accounts, lack of clear communication that led to multiple repeated changes is beyond acceptable.I will never use or recommend Veterans united for anyone, and I know a lot of Veterans.I'm truly disgusted with the way our loan process went. Kaylyn was the worst person we "worked" with. She repeatedly did not read all messages. She repeatedly asked for information that was already provided. She also failed to ask for documents and policies that had to be repeatedly reviewed and submitted until the last minute. She has never answered or returned a call made to her from me or my witfe. She failed to recognize issues for over a week and then all of a sudden it was an urgent matter.I have only ever provided reviews or thoughts once, but in this case I am providing a review, which may also end up on a Google review as well.

Dava was amazing to work with, she responded to any questions that I had within a timely manner and helped keep me informed and at ease throughout the whole process. We didn't run into any issues until things got turned over to the loan coordinator. Kimberly, although pleasant, did not get back to me in a timely manner to answer any of my questions.
