From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! Veterans United kept the e loan process moving right along. I stayed on top of you to-dos and uploaded them as I got them. Back and forth emails were answered promptly. They kept me informed. From offer to close was 35 days. Smooth and easy. One little hiccup that was.quickly resolved in less than 36 hours. Absolutely the smoothest processing. Will definitely use again and recommend them.
