First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. The team at Veterans United literally saved my life. I was stuck in a mold infested rental home and the landlord absolutely refused to address the issue, even though my health was noticeably deteriorating as a result.
