I was extremely impressed by the web-based technology VU has implemented to support the home buying process. It made providing documentation, reviewing files and adding signatures super-easy. The entire loan team was responsive and very helpful anytime I had a question, which wasn't often because they were so thorough with laying everything out up-front with clear instructions. The whole process from start to finish was so simple, even a Marine could do it!

Veteran's United made buying a home extremely easy! We choose to close in 45 days and our lender, Nani, made this happen. We have heard so many horror stories, and we feel blessed every day that God led us to Veterans United. We began improving our credit with Veteran's United in November 2020. They told us exactly what we needed to do, and by February 2021, our credit was good to go!We began working with our Lender, Nani, in February 2021. Nani's communication exceeded my expectations. She was always willing to help us understand the process, and she made sure that we received answers promptly. Her professionalism made working with her easy because she established a trust that we knew was genuine. It didn't matter how many times we asked her questions; Nani was always extremely pleasant and went above and beyond our expectations. Veterans United is not the first mortgage company I have used. The experience wasn't even close. VU is by far the best. I recommend them to anyone who is qualified for a VA loan.

Excellent company to secure home loans through. We originally had Veterans United for our primary home loan and then for refinancing. Great staff, they walk you through the whole process. They are very caring, professional and knowledgeable.
