The entire team did a wonderful job. Kelsey scored a 100 out of a 10.

Overall terrific experience with Veterans United. Our loan officer, Nathan Bryant, and his team were an absolute joy to work with. They were organized, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process smooth. They were able to help us with every question we had, and most importantly, got us the best rate by far! Would absolutely recommend Veterans United to anyone!

Veterans United made our home buying process very exciting and completely stress free! Going with Veterans United was the best decision we made when it came to buying our home! We have already recommended VU to some friends!

Veteran friendly and easy process . Would definitely recommend their services to others.

They truly are great couldn't of asked for anything better because they were great. The only trouble that you will have is the waiting but at the end it's worth it

ASK FOR TIM WUEST! Do yourself a favor and ask for him to have a great and easy experience. Thank You Veterans United and Tim Wuest.

Thank you for all of the time and effort put forth on everyone’s part through out the home buying process. I can guarantee I will recommend everyone mentioned above to any friends looking to buy in the area in the future.

Eva worked with us alongside of Jaimie and she was phenomenal as well! Can’t say enough about them. If all of your staff are on par with Jaimie and Eva, your company has the greatest assets ever. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Awesome experience!

The only reason I put this lower than a 9 is because one of the loan team members dropped the ball with the closing documents. This caused the title company to not get the closing documents until less than 2 hours before the scheduled closing time even though we were cleared to close for over a week. I had tried to figure out the final closing costs for a number of days before closing but was very clearly given the run around and essentially told that they’d be done when they were done. I called a member of the closing team the day before closing inquiring about the closing costs and was told it was almost ready and that I’d be getting a call “very soon” with more details. I never got a call back. Instead my realtor and myself received an E-mail saying that there had been a “hiccup” in the process. The wording said that they had “just found out” but a process had been completed to remedy the situation. This leads me to believe that they were already aware of the problem and chose to not tell me and this is why they emailed instead of called me. This entire situation was extremely disappointing especially considering that the rest of the experience was so positive much to Megan’s credit.
