Owning a home has been one of my biggest dreams, and now thanks to Amy and Julie and all the VU team I am now a proud home owner. I am so thrilled I can’t really express how much joy all you guys have given me. First of all I wanna thank Amy, for being with me since day one and for helping me through the process. She would always be there if I had a question or a concern about something. She was always happy to help me with anything and I really appreciate that. Her skills and professionalism were outstanding. Also, Julie was such a dream. Her being on top of my case 24/7. Updating me if there were any changes no matter how small they were. Always checking up on me and making sure I was well informed at all times. Her problem solving skills were immaculate. Always quick with the responses too, her knowledge and ability to communicate with me and other was amazing. Also Veronica, she is the best agent by far. Her skills and knowledge about real state, and always gave me the best advice on how to deal with sellers. She was able to handle my case with ease. Such a wonderful person also, I can’t express how grateful I am. All of these girls and the rest of the team. It was like having the perfect draft, I am so lucky to have them. And I don’t think none of this would be possible without. Thank you so much for the help and the opportunity yall had given me. This is our second home purchased through Veterans United. Both experiences were with different loan officers/staff members but all were outstanding. They made what seemed like an arduous process and kept it very simple and easy to understand. And even fun! If you're a veteran considering a home purchase, we highly recommend the Veterans United team.

This is our second time going through Veterans United and both times we had a EXCELLENT experience! Any form that requires a signature and can be submitted with an e-signature should be provided in e signature authorized format such as docusign. For example the VA release form should have been sent to me in a docusign or other acceptable esgined format to avoid delays in closing.
Best home loan experience ever, even doing it remotely. We have brought 11 houses, so that is saying a lot.
This was hands down the most delightful experience I have had with ANY company. Communication was prompt and easy to understand. There was never any pressure about deadlines and even though I did not need them, reminders were always sent at a decent time. The team was always transparent and available.
