Starting with Kevin he really got the ball rolling for us. Making us feel confident in the process. Then Jill and Stephanie were next in the Team, to really make this otherwise stressful lifetime goal, really feel like it was coming to fruition. Consummate professionals!Then there was Elizabeth. Our day to day interaction, her overt efforts to keep us as informed as possible, while requesting the pertinent paperwork or info needed to complete the process, along with her attention to detail, was critical! I was working with Freedom mortage prior to learning about VU. After daily dissapointments with Freedom Mortage, we decided to cut our losses and went with VU. Veterans United was able to complete my assumable loan process and close with-in 40 days. The team I worked with were amazing and never me left me wondering.
