The main issue with veterans who are buying a home, is that they are getting a lot of information from other people (friends, family, and other veterans); but every experience for each potential home owner is different. For all Veterans who believe they can just purchase a home regardless of any credit score and without any money to assist them is just bad information. As Veterans we have to take a look at ourselves and figure out how to make the home buying process successful, without just starting the process of buying a home you can’t afford, bad credit, little to no money to assist you along the way, and putting ourselves in a self defeating home buying process from the start. It isn’t one instance that determines your future, it’s all of the life long decisions catching up to us all.
The entire team was truly amazing! Always communicated with me, and checked up on me. I had a small time where I couldn’t find anything, and when I did they got ball rolling quick. They worked around me, and what I was able to do with me being so far away. I highly recommend every single person that has been a part of this process!
