This process was daunting, we had a team of people working for us that helped us along the way, our realtor was A-1 Marika Bell (Keller Williams) Columbus, GA. Jeremy Henry our loan officer finished strong for us, the sellers wanted to use their lawyers and Jeremy found discrepancies with overages that they were charging us, after the calculation were complete we brought $1200 less to the closing table. That’s what I call an A-1 loan officer (Jeremy Henry)!
During the last week before closing there were several issues and. Ommu cation was lacking.
The team was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and keeping me informed at every step. Their user-friendly online tools and dedicated support truly set them apart.
