I didn’t always understand what was needed of us from the underwriters. They weren’t always clear. One item especially about the sell of a boat we had owned. I didn’t understand what they wanted us to tell them about the sell.

They also pair you with a great team that specializes in certain areas (i.e., loan, insurance, accessories for your home, real estate, etc.). Compared to the other lenders I've looked at, they make sure you get the best deal.
