Don't use Veterans United. It was my worst loan experience of 44 years.

very smooth and effective
Those would be 10s but at one point I got a text and email saying they were waiting on me, but when they actually looked in the system it was waiting on Veteran's United to review a document. My to-do list was clean at the time.

The whole process is very streamlined and the website is very user intuitive and easy to use. All questions were answered by text or email in a timely manner and answered very well each time. I was always kept well informed and knew what was happening along the way and what was expected of me.

Veterans United was excellent. From start to finish, they maintained a high standard of professionalism. We put off buying a house for 10 yrs because we dreaded the home buying process. The only regrets i have is that we didn't call Veterans United sooner. The preconceived notion about buying a home being so difficult was proven wrong to us after working with our Veterans United loan team. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother.
