From start to finish, Veterans United has guided me through the process and made an overwhelming experience much easier to cope with. There was always someone for me to go to for answers to my questions, not a pre-recorded answering service or FAQ line! If on the off chance I had to leave a message with someone, he/she returned my call sometimes within minutes. So, YES! I would highly recommend Veteran's United and so very glad I made that first call. I can't imagine going through another mortgage lender.

I was making a move from out of state and having a specialist that understands that process and treats you like a friend made it much less stressful. I would highly recommend VU to anyone making a move.
Maybe it's the times? No more finding paperwork and mailing or faxing. Nevertheless. The easiest VA process I've had out of three. Wes and his team took care of everything and it would be hard to think of how it could have been easier on my end.
