Communication: fantastic in beginning with quick responses and great customer info, but after I paid the (hefty) appraisal amount there was Radio Silence for almost 2 weeks. I thought I got scammed. No one, was answering me despite 4 people being on my team. I didn't feel supported. In the end everything got sorted out and the Communication came back but wasn't stellar. I couldn't get anyone on the phone and the answer time was about a day.

Waiting in silence—especially after such a big payment—can be incredibly frustrating and unsettling. You should never feel left in the dark, and it’s disappointing to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations for responsiveness and support during that time.
