Honestly if I knew how Stressful things was going to be with Veterans United and seeing how everything went I would not have done the loan through you Guys. Need to think about the process for future requirements. Not just e-mails but follow up with in person discussions so you understand each other better will definitely improve. i thank Veterans for doing the loan bet could have been a lot better with training and improvements on communications and honesty. The underwriters have little organizational skills. I was asked for documents (which I had a hiccup with one) that they should have asked for at the very beginning. The whole process could have been much smoother. Once you think you have sent every document you have, they spend the next few weeks asking you for nonsense. Irritating to say the least.
