The buying process with Veterans United was smooth.
From start to finish VU was absolutely phenomenal. I had an inquiry, and wanted more information. I was contacted immediately, and set up with user friendly account. The interface was so interactive and appealed to my "Get Things Done" mindset . Having a checklist to go along with the streamlined process, made me feel so at ease. The team I was blessed with was very informative, and transparent I couldn't believe it.I was so anxious and having a point of contact (Josh)for EVERYTHING VU related was AMAZING! My loan officer (Kris) let me know the steps and the app also kept me informed to where I was in the home ownership journey. After preapproval and finally submitting an offer I was introduced to my loan coordinator (Anna)! She was so realistic, and open to any and every question I had.This ENTIRE process is naturally nerve wrecking , we even had a hiccup with our credit scores but we spoke to an in house credit specialist (Taruan) who guided us in the most idealistic way.VU , thank you ! I called because we was renting and it was so quick and simple, outstanding people to work with. I did take abit to finally get an accepted offer but that was because the market was moving pretty fast. They sent documents needed I screen shot a lot of stuff and upload to there website. Again don’t hesitate to call them outstanding service!!
