From the beginning of my homebuying journey, I have been very impressed with Veterans United. I appreciated the easy pre-approval process, as well as the great staff! My loan officer, Taylor Deppe, was professional, accomodating, knowledgeable and responsive. Allie Poletti, my Concierge, was personable, caring and genuine in her interactions with me. She checked in on me during the process and assisted with some tasks that put me at ease. Madison Steinkamp, my Loan Coordinator, was extremely helpful in keeping me informed during the various stages of the loan approval and necessary details. She maintained great communication with me.
