We had a snag with final VA loan approval. The problem was with Army records, which I now know is common. I wish I had been advised earlier. We chose a Veteran’s United suggested realtor but had to switch. They had poor knowledge of VA approved properties and shouldn’t have been on the recommended list.
I would recommend Veterans United to all my active duty/ veteran friends because I know they will be in good hands

I was extremely impressed by the web-based technology VU has implemented to support the home buying process. It made providing documentation, reviewing files and adding signatures super-easy. The entire loan team was responsive and very helpful anytime I had a question, which wasn't often because they were so thorough with laying everything out up-front with clear instructions. Veteran's United made buying a home extremely easy! We choose to close in 45 days and our lender, Nani, made this happen. Veterans United is not the first mortgage company I have used. The experience wasn't even close. VU is by far the best. I recommend them to anyone who is qualified for a VA loan.
