The web portal made it quick and easy to upload documents, or download them to keep them for our records. Their consigliere was available to handle non-loan-related issues, such as setting up utilities or home security, which was an added bonus we were not expecting. There were a number of hurdles involved with this loan and Steve never missed a beat until he brought it to fruition.
