Absolutely great experience working with the VU Crew. They went above and beyond to ensure I was in the loop at all times and that my loan was completed at warp speed.

Also Tiffani was amazing and on top of things when Katelin was on vacation. Things got tight in the end but Tiffani worked it all out so our closing stayed the same day! She also is amazing!!!!
We opted for Veterans United for our first loan and came back a second time for a reason— grateful we did and we will use VU in the future. Your customer service has been exemplary. Thank you for your consistent reliability and accessibility, but most importantly a genuine care about my family and I while my spouse was deployed during the house buying process.
Everyone at VU was willing to go the "extra mile" to answer any questions or concerns that I had. This was not an easy purchase for me. but they made it seem like it was no big deal. "been there done that, this is what we need to do..." No matter how frustrated I got with the process, they were there to provide the answers to calm my frustration. Sometimes late into the nite, someone from the team would respond to a text or email. Well Done, and should the opportunity arise in the future I will be back.
The process was relatively smooth, my VU team was very helpful. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. My team was very patient and reviewed all the documents and answered all questions.
I hope when I am ready to buy again in the future, I can get the same team! It will be extremely hard for others to top them!
