Logan Smith and his entire team went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help make a very smooth process. Veterans united was a very fast process, however as far as real estate agent recommendations- you recommended Bill Anderson for us, and I would not recommend using your real estate agent Bill Anderson from Paris, TN He caused us to lose the contract on the house in Huntingdon TN due to time wasting because he refused to write up a contract when an offer was made and stated he would wait until the morning, and then blew up our phones and left very unprofessional text messages after we told him we didn't want his services anymore. He was rude, always left in the middle of showing us a property and kept asking us to buy a piece of property in Mckenzie TN that we stated we did not want. He never had time to look at the property we wanted. He is very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone use Bill Anderson at Landmark realty in Paris TN.
