The team member Kayla was not anyone we would recommend. She would not return our call on questions that we needed answered. We ended up calling Brandy to get the answers. If she was employed by us she would have been gone along time ago. Kayla was not professional at all.

Our biggest challenge was the timing of our existing home and the purchase of the new home. The buyer of our former home was using a VA loan to purchase the house (a VU customer I believe) and we were using a VA loan as well. Understanding the timing and requirements of those two processes was challenging at best. We certainly learned a lot in this process and if/when we purchase another home, we will be able to make better decisions.
