VU was so easy to work with. The initial pre-approval process where you can adjust your approved amount and share it right from that page is very convenient. The to-do list on the app is a life saver. There are so many items to get done. Even as a second time home buyer it's still a little confusing. Having it laid out exactly what needs to be done makes it simple. Lastly, the communication from the whole VU team was amazing, which made me feel more at ease when things got a little hectic.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. We had questions that would come up and each time someone answered the phone to assist us! Multiple times we were checked on with the home buying process and we couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommend.

I'm 60 and I'm a first time home buyer. I never imagined buying a house I thought the process was hard and I needed alot of money. But I didn't put any money down and I recieved money at the closing.
