My loan specialist was always reachable via text or phone to answer questions I had regarding loan documents. I highly recommend their service.
Only issue we ran in to was when our original loan officer took a new position. This came at a surprise to us and left us without a loan officer for a week or two. When Tim was assigned to us he did a good job at clearing up the confusion and getting us back on track.
