Easy to work with and went out of their way to help with any problems.

The while process started out well, then I believe to many people were handling my loan and it showed. And the second underwriter kept requesting information and forms that I had already sent to the first underwriter, multiple times. Couldn't close on my date, which made me take an additional week of vacation, so cost me a lot of time and money. And couldn't move out of my apartment when I needed, etc.
