If I called or left a message I received a call back within minutes or the latest a couple of hours. I was never in the dark about anything, and was walked though the process step by step. Stephen and Spencer were extremely helpful and I never once doubted that they had my best interest in mind the entire time. I dealt with the same two people the entire time, Spencer and Stephen. They both knew every detail of my loan every time we spoke. The builders we used were also very pleased with Veterans United and would gladly do business with them. Both Stephen and Spencer were extremely pleasant to talk to and I was treated like a person they knew for a long time even though we had never met. I am so happy we decided to go with Veterans United. Their level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is unheard of in any industry.
