Buying a home can be a nail biting experience and I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided it was time to take that step. I had seen Veteran's United many times and decided to give them a try. I am so happy that I did! From getting my pre-approval right down to the closing they made it super easy! I have family and friends who purchased homes in the past and talked about the long, drawn out steps they had to take and the how hard it was to get to closing but that wasn't my experience at all! Veteran's United matched me up with an amazing loan officer and his incredible loan coordinator, they provided a concierge to help me find services and keep me on track all the way past moving day, and they even matched me up with the perfect realtor! The online portal makes things super easy to follow. It is like having someone holding your hand every step of the way. I am beyond grateful for my Veteran's United experience! I truly feel like a part of the family.

Vets. United helped my wife and I purchase our very first home and we couldn’t be more happy with what we got, when got it, how we got it. From the realtor that assisted us in finding our home, to the IRRRL loan process after purchasing it (210 days after we closed), the whole team at Veterans United have been top notch. I cannot recommend Veterans United till Veterans United sets and begins a Team of two and only two team members: 1. Loan Coordinator. 2. Loan Officer and that's it!
