Veterans United made the loan process easy. However, be prepared for delays and hiccups along the way that will add to your already stressful loan process.

The Veterans United online platform is up-to-date and user friendly. You don’t have to look far to see some promotion where they are helping a servicemember, but is that enough? My recent experience with. Veterans United says no. Either the loan officers are grossly overworked or vastly undertrained, maybe both. Great thing is that you will not know until after you get under contract :)
