I almost entered into the conversation skeptically. but as I spoke with Shawn, my skepticism waned and I grew more comfortable and more enthusiastic for working with Veterans United. As we moved ahead, Cara was also instrumental in keeping the focus and putting together all the pieces of the puzzle. She is patient and tenacious. And I know because I tried her patience once or twice. She responded professionally and kept me updated and on track. Between Shawn and Cara, I could not think of a better team. Each have and fill their roles and between them no detail is missed.Thank you Shawn. Thank you Cara. And that you Veterans United. Great job!

Clint has helped with my financing 3 times now, and I could not recommend anyone more hightly
I am very disappointed at the end of this process. Unhappy on how Veterans United representatives acted when trying to close on my house. VU and the builder keep blaming one another on a document VU said can't sign which delayed my closing 3 weeks. Now a month later I am dealing with an issue that should have been fixed that was caused by VU and my realtor Delanie is the one who spotted the issue. I will never recommend this company to any fellow Veterans of mine. To have the word veteran in your company name and not do everything in your power to help the veteran is ridiculous.
