The invisible plus is the web portal. Now the picture of the service man sitting on his couch with his phone is a pushing the ease of the process a bit. There is work that gets you off the couch, but it makes the portal makes the work of providing documentation a managable process. The videos are helpful and there is never a point that help is not within one click away and on the visible screen. It helped us stay on track and move quickly through the process.
