I had many preapprovals, some for better rates but rates are not everything, customer service is and you will find no better then Veterans Untied. They worked with me every step down to finding the utility services and forwarding my mail! its a one stop shop!. My loan team carried me thorough the process and dealt with my constant calls of worry and pressure. I cannot thank them enough for making all this possible. Process very long. Too many steps had to be repeated. Communication needed improvement. But i would consider using then again. But as i stated the underwriters were horrible. Very bad
