The process with Veterans United was easy and seamless. I was very disappointed/upset when Boston Title sent a notary to our home who had been sick and diagnosed with COVID and returned to work and visiting peoples homes without being retested. I understand this was set up without the knowledge of Veterans United but it overshadowed the entire process and forced us to quarantine over Christmas as we closed December 18th. This process ruined the family Christmas... topping off 2020.
They get the job done in a timely manner. They are very good at there craft.

I was not 100% ready to go down this road. Life happens and you have to make the best of it. I would encourage anybody wanting to buy a house or forever home to give Veterans United a chance.
