Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.
Everything was great but one thing I did find to be a slight bother is the time difference. Im two hours behind and I feel that may have lead to some small delays in communication throughout the process. This is to no fault of the team members, just circumstantial, but I thought it was worth a mention.Beyond that, I felt the team to be very attentive in assisting me along the way.
Ashley, Tiffany, and everyone else behind the scenes were AMAZING! The entire process was smooth and fast and the communication between us all was without a doubt impeccable. From start to finish they were all about me and my family. Its hard to put in words how I feel but I would recommend them 100% all day everyday . They even sent a personalized gift for each member of my family and my pets. Ive never received treatment from anyone the way that there guys did.
