We had a great experience with Veterans United.. Joseph and Alyssa did a good walking us thru our loan process. We really appreciated having Joseph show up for our closing. The gift was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend using Veterens United.
Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! We couldn't be happier with Veterans United and I will do my best to tell others about you every chance I get! THANK YOU!
Our team was so helpful, they answered every question we had and gave us amazing feedback about our financial readiness for this major step in our lives!
Communication was horrible Micheal Jones did good but there was a hiccup at some point with the other person we were working with because we got radio silence after that
Response from Veterans United
Hi Naomi,
Thank you for sharing this. I’m glad to hear Michael did a good job, but I’m really sorry for the breakdown in communication you experienced afterward. Being met with radio silence can be frustrating, especially during such an important process.
That’s not the level of consistency you should expect from us, and I appreciate you calling it out. I’d like the chance to look into what happened and make sure your experience is fully understood.
Please feel free to reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, and we’ll follow up the next business day if you contact us after hours.
Sincerely,

The Veterans United team did an awesome job. They made everything simple and easy to understand, and they were always there when I had questions. The whole process felt smooth because of them.I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great team!
Sam, Melissa, & Clayton were on my team every step of the way through this journey. They are outstanding in this soldier/veteran's book. A Team I would have no issue "taking down range with me on a mission" as we say in the Army. Many thanks and appreciation. They work ethic and empathy is stellar and represents Veterans United eloquently..Great Job.. I highly recommend to any soldier/veteran
First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.
This has been such an easy experience. My team was prompt with all issues and were able to help me understand the process a little better. I will definitely recommend Veterans United to any ex military I know.
This process was nothing but wonderful. Our loan officer and coordinator was stellar and had great communication and was able to get us to close a week earlier than expected. We also arrived to our home and our son had the most awesome package waiting for hin due to the Veterans United team actually treating us like we were a friend rather than a number.
