Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! From the first person to the last I have enjoyed talking to each and everyone. They were more than friendly they were more like family. Every time I would call or one of them would call it could be about business or just to talk. They would ask how I'm doing because they cared enough to ask and I also cared about how their day is going and to just talk.
