Overall the team was great. Our only issue was whenever we would try to get ahold of Lindsey Pace-Snook we never could. I dont believe we ever spoke on the phone once, and when we would send an email she wouldn't respond, it would be Alberto. The only way she would respond is if we asked Alberto a question and he made an email traffic telling her to respond to us.Back to special shoutout, Lindsay Sieban was amazing. Her customer service is second to none
