Depending on the experience of the buyer, and how much of a loan a homebuyer needs, may sometimes drive the process of securing the loan. There are several factors that may impact the length of the loan approval process - credit rating, personal income of the homebuyer, and the amount of the loan. Even a pre-approval is not a guaranteed of success at the end. One of the beneficial things I found working with the Veterans United team was a great deal of assurance that we were proceeding smoothly. This was further enhanced with the team's willingness to work with my realtor. Patience and a willingness to work together made my experience extremely satisfactory.
