If I could give her a 20, on a scale of 1-10, I would. She was ALWAYS there when I needed her, explained to everything that was going on, stayed on top of everything, and managed to get our closing date sooner than what was scheduled. She worked hard with me and my insurance with the underwriter to straighten the issue out that I had ample coverage for 100% replacement after my $10,000.00 insurance binder and $500.00 deductible. Veterans United has a wonderful team that will do all they can to get you into the right home. Fair warning: There are things out of their control. Like, not having all the answers for you right away. Because, buying a home is a process, each person has a job to do, and may not have them. Rest assure it will be as soon as they know. I have tons of emails, texts, and phone calls each time they had finally received them. Thank you for being an Awesome team.
