Only issue we had was when uploading personal documents it seemed they never saved so we constantly had to upload them for the home purchase
This process could’ve been so much worse. Especially while being overseas trying to get things done. The team did such a great job with helping me along the way with any questions. The day before we were going to close I needed to change my insurance policy for the homeowners insurance. I remember freaking out because I thought this would take forever to get done and we wouldn’t have been about to close at the right time. Or that’s what I thought. I sent in the new information and Sam got it done very quickly. Hands down 10/10 service!
Scott was great as usual. This was my second time using Veterans United. Much has changed since the first time. The VU team handled everything from the real estate agents to insurance… everything Lindsey was very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. Bo with the insurance part of it was responsive and I felt gave me the best advice for the selection and coverage for both my new home and auto policies. The entire “Team” were outstanding.
