Brad Boer did not communicate with me. I had to put in extra work that he should have done in regards to verification of employment. I did not feel that I was advocated for. He was open about not wanting to go above and beyond for me as his shift ends at 5PM on Friday. This makes sense as our closing date was pushed back 4 days from the original date when we had all of the information they needed prior to.
