Not the easiest to deal with.
I did not like that the underwriter was hindered by a blacked out portion on my contract and it caused much stress. I would have recommended if the underwriter was a bit more cooperative.

All escrow help from Fidelity were great!Maybe find a better qualified well inspector! Did really know what he was doing!

Allison Farr was not helpful she didn’t update us at all on our loan process. There would be stuff that she would put on my checklist and not tell us about it. There was a lot of mistakes that nobody could control but I feel she did not do her best to get us in the home in a timely manner.
