The monogrammed throw they sent was a nice touch, and much appreciated. The only reason I did not give them a "10" was we didn't get closed in time to save me another payment, which cost me about $540. I know Alyssa tried very hard to get it done. I guess with all that's going on, I should be thankful it got done as quick as it did. I just hope it wasn't held up at all while you were waiting for my throw to be delivered. I've already referred Erich and his team to my parents, so that should tell you all you really need to know. Thanks and I hope whoever reads this has a Happy Thanksgiving!
