We, of course, shopped around between lenders. There are a lot of companies that offer VA Financing and even multiple that "specialize" in it. For context, rates are extremely low so the market is extremely flooded with buyers and those looking to refinance. Despite this, my Agent Tyler was extremely responsive and we had already exchanged documents and we're 90% of the way to a pre-approval before I even heard back from my other inquiries.
