Veterans United will have your back as a veteran, just like any military endeavor like getting your qualifications for a new watch position, or getting your final signatures for your DD214, or getting approval for a trade of leave periods for last minute leave chit for holidays. There will be some scrutiny of finances, credit, and any debt you have before starting. Just like getting in shape and fit before boot-camp or boots on the ground for a tour, try and get you credit and finances built up and debt paid down ahead of time and reach out to your assigned loan officer to see what options they have. Also, take charge and get on top of communications, have a plan of the day for everyday leading up to your closing and this will keep the mission of obtaining a home as successful as possible. Despite all the craziness in the housing market here in May-June 2021 my assigned team at Veterans United helped me achieve my dream of becoming a home owner.

Everything went smoothly until the last few days, just barely got the final closing costs finished an hour and a half before signing. Other than that great service.

The best experience I could have hoped for.
