Honestly, I started with all the to-do’s when we first got our offer accepted, then I didn’t hear anything for what seemed like a week or two, and the week of the closing I got a request for additional documentation, that I still haven’t received the day after COE.

Your website is OK but it comes up and requests that I refinance my home three or four times while I’m trying to fill out the paperwork
I haven’t even got my first mortgage yet and they’re already sending me information to refinance
And when you try and close it occasionally locks up and you have to exit and restart
