Both times, we went from bidding on the home to closing within 30-45 days which is amazing. Being able to do a lot of the paperwork digitally through the portal saves times & money instead of driving all over the place to sign documents and turn in forms.

Getting out of the military was very stressful and moving to another state even worst, but veterans United made my house buying experience very easy, obviously there’s paperwork and documents required, but they’re very organized and thorough with their process. I’m a very picky person and I don’t like to wait around. Veteran United recommend Mrs Sherese from Keller Williams and she was the best and experienced, I have nothing but great things to say about my Real state agent, Sherese is the best and sweetest. She was very committed and honest with me from the beginning, that’s exactly what I was looking for, since I’m not a very patient person. Mrs Sherese kept me very informed and went out of her way many times to get things done for me, since I was not in the same state.She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen 💯 %. She’s gonna be forever our real state agent, I recommend her 100% for anyone moving or transitioning out of the military from another country or state, she’ll search for your house and make it happen like it’s hers. My loan officer was Ryan Anderson. He went out of his way to ensure I was well informed and was all around outstanding. His team worked hard to ensure my loan was processed in a timely manner and I always knew what was expected of me through the process. I also liked the website experience. Login was easy, and all the information needed was clearly organized and simple to navigate. I would absolutely recommend Ryan and the VU team for anyone looking for a home loan.
It was nice working with a company that understood the VA process. No time was lost gathering the VA info. and once the appraisal was obtained we were able to move ahead quickly.
