This was the WORST experience, not just homebuying, but experience with so-called "professionals", i've EVER experienced! ALL "reviews" on emails, site, etc. need to be removed immediately for false advertising! I had no hands off experience whatsoever! I had to do all the work to keep my home after my "team" failed to communicate the correct information in the proper amount of time to the right parties, THE ENTIRE TIME!, I had to constantly play lender, realtor, and closing agent throughout my entire homebuying experience! I, myself had to contact my "team" as well as the realtor, closing agent, title company, and even the sellers to keep my family's home, after all the false and delayed information my "team" kept telling me. I could go on and on about every single thing my "team" failed at, but it's honestly pointless, I am refinancing asap, the only reason I stayed with V.U. with the 6.2% int. rate besides a 4.5% from another lender is because me and my family were too far invested already in moving to the new house, because my "team" said I was good from the approval, I had to stay to keep the house my family wanted. ALL members in my team need definite re-training, Kyle Kroll did seem to pick up the ball at the end when I felt Zach, Melissa had abandoned us. So I will say Kyle did the best job out of the whole team. I'd like someone to call me about this review for more explanation please. itguy45@icloud.com or (479)322-2910.
