Lack of communication. Only contact you when they need something, but when you have questions it's "let's get them off the phone asap". Made an $8000 "mistake" by "not clicking a button" before my loan ever started and then tried to fix it with a $1000 concession. Very pushy about when to lock in my rate even though it fell 3 days later to a 30 day low. Stay Away from these guys.

We know rates change day to day but in the end locking is certainly your choice (though we always want to ensure that we are providing those changes along the way).
