Kaleb and his team were excellent! They made the process very easy and dress free. Thank you again!

I bought a house since I was moving from VA to CA. The initial process went extremely smooth and no headaches. Although, while in the actual crucial moments, the loan officer lacked either experience, care, or accuracy of information that had a couple of MAJOR setbacks/delays. At first it made me feel like I was doing things wrong, but it was her wrong information that made it very stressful and frustrating. I also felt like I had to be the one jumping through hoops and loops to rectify their discrepancies or oversights. There was no monetary compensation or reimbursement for additional fees on date sensitive documents, but I am sure their commission had no effect on it. We didn’t have the “normal” interaction, as I only saw a notary in person, the builder manager when he gave me the keys (which I still haven’t received my mail keys) but other than that it was all phone calls, text messages and emails. I didn’t get a sign that said homebuyer or home owner. It all felt very detached and not like a pleasant experience. At the end of the day, it was just checking boxes for them but not realizing that we are humans beings, with our own stressors and struggles, with our needs to move into our new home. I am a single parent, with 3 boys and a puppy, and even though this is my first time buying a house, it shouldn’t have been that complicated overall. They did send me flowers once I was in, but it was too late for me to truly appreciate them as a genuine gesture. At this point, I am interested to know if the company will be willing to compensate me for all the unnecessary stress, as I already suffer from anxiety and it only made it worse.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Paola, thanks for keeping us in the loop and for sharing your experience. We understand the stress involved when an unexpected complication delays a home closing. While there are aspects of the loan process that can only take place once all conditions have been satisfied; it is important that we take all feedback into account and look for ways to promote an excellent customer experience. One of our Client Advocates is available to you for more information and to discuss ways we can best serve you and others in the future. Thank you again for your service.
Pleased with level of service from everyone.

Great person to work with. Professional and organized. Easy to talk with and always willing to answer my questions. Greg responds really fast.

It was a very great experience. The ability to essentially have your own team to help with very step can't be beat anywhere.

As I said, Veterans.. Look no farther than Veterans United... You will be happy you did.

Keep up the good work for our veterans.

Alyssa was also very helpful, and nice. Definitely felt that she was on top of everything with my loan.

Great experience
