Over all, it was a good experience. To purchase a new build, plan on uncertainty, deadlines not being met and you being penalized for it. You have to have thick skin and speak up for yourself. For a pre-loved him, go for it!

Cameron and Brett were an amazing professional team providing the needed expertise to navigate as an independent contractor buying my first home. As a healthcare provider during the COVID-19 pandemic my hours and days of work rolled endlessly into one another and buying a home found some peak stress levels. I will look back and remember the calming voices of Cameron and Brett walking me through obtaining documents while the IRS and other offices had come to a halt, was nothing short of a miracle. Cameron and Brett were available to me constantly via phone, text and email and their expertise shown through the whole process. As a United States Marine Corps veteran I was treated with respect, dignity and efficiency, and as a person I felt the genuine care and human-kindness I needed from Cameron and Brett.

Not everything was perfect; there were occasional delays cause by the condominium association were I was buying the property.
