My experience was not the "outstanding" service others have reported. Everything was excellent until the week before closing , when communication was slow and lot of reviews were being done at the last minute. Although we closed on time - it was a very stressful final week. I would suggest daily meetings with your loan officer as deadlines approach to ensure success. And don't hesitate to escalate your concerns - you will get someone to assist. In the end, I did close on time , and worked with a great realtor. So the end result was positive.
A potentially stressful process made smooth and practically stress free by a great team of loan professionals. I will 100% contact Veteran’s United for my next home purchase or refinance.

I have always been pleased with my results, and how we were treated.
Once the ball started rolling the process went quickly. We did not close when expected but that was understandable with the closing so near a holiday & the delay was only two days. I have no complaints!
