All went without a hitch until we had a delay and stall with ordering an appraiser and then having one out in time. It made the closing 6 days late due to a holiday. The team was very supportive, helpful, in touch, especially Louie Nieman. But one team member seemed out of touch, off her game, didn't get back with us when we would need answers. We heard from her assistant and she tried hard...sometimes that isn't enough. Don't get this wrong. We are 99% thrilled, grateful, impressed. Veterans United is beyond AMAZING. Every detail is thought of, including pet treats sent to us; utility start up support; support in general, insurance, security. Veterans United is a one shop stop, fabulous!

Devon Casady was wonderful and kept my husband calm during the process. My husband is not used to the hurry up and wait process but Mr. Casady kept him informed throughout the process from the start to finish and was reassuring and positive.
