I appreciate you keeping me informed along the way, but it was a very long frustrating wait to get closed. It was have been better to communicate with realtor what documentation was needed for the escrow sooner. Also, changing your mind from requiring repairs to done to allowing escrow due to COVID-19 delays, likely contributed to more delays. But I’m glad everything worked out in the end. Thank you allowing me to be a homeowner!

Absolutely loved my experience with Veterans United. Process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Everything was done on line.
