Be sure to be specific on your information and cover everything. Mention your previously owned properties with addresses, your current living situation and any tax you owe or are exempt. If all these are laid out at the beginning of the process there should be no last minute loops to jump thru at the end.
We had a somewhat tricky situation with my husband still being active duty but medically retiring next month. We originally tried to go with another lender, but they couldn't figure out how to make it work with our situation.
