I ended up with VU for the Easy process, streamline and user friendly document upload and review system, constant and responsive communication, having texting email and telephonic access to my loan officer, and support team handling all aspects of a home purchase with a snapshot list of contact information specific to my home’s location to set up utilities alarm companies... and with all of this, the one main reason I went with VU is my the loan officer Samantha Rustemeyer! Sam handled my loan process with precision!
