I liked the fact that I was out of state from where my new home was being purchased and the documents were able to be e-signed. The welcome mat was a nice surprise. All persons were extremely helpful.

I would have given a 8-9, however someone dropped the ball during the last week of closing. Very stressful because someone didn’t do their job.
